Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petitions ~ $300.00

Our Chapter 7 service includes:

	all federal and local forms for your bankruptcy district,
	preliminary input of all schedules,
	client follow-up for clarification on any items that are missing from the client intake forms, and corrections of forms after final review from attorney,
	preparation of any additional local forms if requested,
	preparation of any wage garnishment letters to employers,
	Certificate of Service for the Statement of Intention if requested, and
	final petitions can be sent to attorney in e-mailed PDF format or filed electronically with the court. top

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Petitions ~ $400.00

Our Chapter 13 service includes:

	all federal and local forms for your bankruptcy district,
	preliminary input of all schedules and Chapter 13 plan,
	client follow-up for clarification on any items that are missing from the client intake forms, and corrections of forms after final review from attorney,
	preparation of any additional local forms if requested,
	final petitions can be sent to attorney in e-mailed PDF format or filed electronically with the court. top

Multiple Discount 10% (quantity of 10 or more per month)
(**account must be current**)
Additional costs $40.00 per hour
Referral Discount $10.00 off the bill for every sucessful client.
( $10 x 10 referrals = $100.00 off the bill)
