Lawyer's Helper Bankruptcy Petition Processing Service

You download a FREE set of Client Questionnaire Forms. Print the forms then have the client fill them out. Review them with your client for completeness, and fax, scan or e-mail to Lawyer's Helper.

Once a relationship has been established, we will provide you with free client intake forms preprinted with your firm‘s information (a $100 value..FREE

We prepare the complete bankruptcy petition, including the federal and local forms if needed. Once approved, Lawyer's Helper will obtain the missing information from the client and fax or e-mail you the information and finalize the petition. This means more free time for you to do other things.

If your client is currently receiving a wage garnishment, two letters will also be prepared for the creditor and payroll department of the employer to stop the garnishment immediately. The letters will be printed with your law firm information, ready for your signature.

When the petition is complete, your law firm information and Attorney Compensation Statement will be prepared. The entire petition is converted to PDF format and emailed to you for printing.  The PDF is file is also suitable for electronic filing, which we will also do for you if electronic filing is available at your local bankruptcy court.

After your review, if any of the petition pages need to be changed, just let
us know. We will immediately revise the affected pages and send them to
you in PDF format.

NOTE: All bankruptcy petitions will contain the lawyer's name,
law firm and bar number. Our name does not appear anywhere.
All client and attorney information is held in the strictest confidence.
